A big job on his hands. Interesting appointment though coming from a PL club.

And I hate it when we keep on sacking staff. No ambition.

Oh wait....

He was corporate sales manager. From reading the press release and when the job was advertised (which I can't seem to find now), this seems an overarching role on all commercial stuff - corporate, tickets, shop etc

Can he play centre half ?

We seem to employ more back room staff and directors than we do players.

I wonder why and where sisu priorities are ?

I'm sure we're the only club to employ back office staff. You really do get in a tizz over nothing.

And you never get in a tiz about anything the club do,
yet often get in a tiz over the slightest things people
Say.

People keep saying that the club needs to be right behind the scenes before it can be right on the pitch.. We have a new Vice Chairman in Chris Anderson, TM and MV (who is now also on the board) and a new Commercial Director in Adam Brearley.

Not saying that they will all work out, but atleast the club are trying to bring in new people with new ideas. Trying to get the best backroom team together that they can afford. All the above have experience in the Prem (apart from CA who comes with a very high reputation). Do you think they are all here just to be a SISU Puppet and risk losing there reputations within the game.

Maybe the club are trying to make the most from what they still have, US.

Adam Brearley should bring with him better marketing ideas, more experience at a higher level in how the matchday should be for fans and corporate. More ideas to improve income for the club from non direct football activities (along with CA).

We can blame SISU for many things and all justified. But now that they have blown the stadium purchase etc they now need to make the most of what is left. Get the backroom team right and that will slowly give TM more money for playing funds.

Probably because there isn't much office space at Ryton.

I hear it was a straight choice between him or Andres Iniesta, and we know that this guy can do the business at Stoke on a rainy day.
