Is it defending them to say they aren't doing it to be spiteful, they just don't really know what they are doing?

They know exactly what they are doing. Ok it might not be out of spite but they are now selling everything they can find before liquidating us.
The best we can hope for is they say we have had all we can get, now the cupboard is bare you can have it.

I said this a few months a go and got shot down by the usual faces on here. Well it seems the truth will shortly come out

It's not spiteful. It's bad advice IMO.

They are getting advised by solicitors who are making money whilst the legal action continues. .
They are also getting advised by people who take a salary whilst we still they own the club.

Whilst some experts are telling you what you want to hear, that is sometimes an easier route to go than the route that is best for you, but not the direction you would prefer to go. Just my opinion.

I didn't say it was OK
I want them out as long as it is to the benefit of the club; I don't want to see the club killed to get at SISU
I was just pointing out that we should not think of them as football club owners and not try to attack them using football related methods.

My broader point is this, what more evidence can be required for the FA to step in and say our owners are deliberately damaging the club?

Why would they do that? It would serve no purpose other than make SISU even less cooperative.
The FA can't force someone to sell their owned club. The government can...but they would only do so in extreme cases such as where a monopoly is developing...airports I seem to remember BAA were directed to sell 3 or 4 a few years back.

...onwards & upwards PUSB
