Yes, Sisu have made a right hash of our club but have Acl not done the same with the Ricoh?
Where has all that concert/Olympic/Events money gone?
I know the club hasn't paid the rent for a year, but they did from 2005 till last summer!
So what is the truth re Acl?
Maybe PWK could give some insight!
Tomorrow is crunch time for Acl, unless more delays!
Sisu won't be effected much either way!
When CCFC met ACL it was supposed to be a dream, it has been the worst nightmare for all....when we going to wake up?

but thought council remortgaged it now under themselves?
If CCFC don't return, surely only bad news for ACL?

From a ground point of view maybe but all football related issues are down to sisu, no one else Be it embargos 3 years running..why ? selling players, allowing relegation 2 years ago, embargo again in March thwarting any strengthening to bolster our surge up the table (real play off candidates atleast the) which imo led to Robins jumping ship and proved the last thing sisu want is promotion.

I agree the Council and ACL are not innocent in all his but they do have to report to others ad it's not them who are removing us from Coventry.

Acl used their profits in investing in its future and paying off its financial obligations as legally required.

Perhaps if CCFC had followed ACL's prudent business model the club wouldn't be in the mess its in now?

I fail to see where ACL have made this great mess up as you say.

I find it sad that some people believe Fishers lies to this point. Up until he made that comment about ACL being a failing business all on here were claiming it to be some great cash cow.

not sure what you're driving at here. on the mortgage to YB the payments were around £1.2m and ACL were meeting these and overpaying, even while CCFC were refusing to pay rent. The remortgage means they now have a lower interest rate and therefore lower base payments. It could well be the case that ACL can now pay off the mortgage much quicker.

i'm sure if you wanted to run up some business plans you could easily make an argument that ACL are better off financially with CCFC. It frees up a lot of Saturdays for a start and neither you or I know if they have lost conference business through having dates taken up by football matches.

Are ACL blameless in this, I feel not but ACL, prior to SISU, initially offered CCFC a sliding scale of rent, refused by CCFC. Since SISU took over there has certainly been issues but ACL have offered a two thirds rent reduction and access to other revenue streams, what have SISU done to work towards an agreement?

ACL offered 400k rent, 6 months ago. Seemed a great basis for an agreement. Sisu didnt take it. Why are you bothered so much with ACL after that?

Sisu are our owner, and they have royally screwed up the club- halving its value/revenue, selling most player assets while increasing our debt. Not filing accounts in the process. Our focus should be on Sisu.

When you say "allowing relegation" are you trying to provoke a smile, a laugh or an insulting response?

All three it gets forgotten that with just 6 games left we crawled out of the bottom 3 to fourth bottom, just needed to add a couple of loans but no, it is my opinion that those running the football club for sisu saw playing in division 3 a cheaper option.

And mostly on time unlike certain other companies we could mention.

And there's my battery exhausted.
