It means the court has been cleared and that they will resume at 2pm.

Correct but guess ACL could lodge new application to put CCFC Holdings into admin.
This would mean points deduction next season as past deadline for this season.

Or judge could rule that CCFC Ltd and CCFC Holdings are connected so both in admin.

is that just your opinion or the most likely outcome? wouldn't that put us into relegation trouble and also mean more points deducted next season?

The other 15 pts will come next season if/when admin is exited without a CVA agreed by SISU.

That's it. Game over. 45 point deduction, relegated to Scottish Division Three and Keanu Marsh-Brown's just turned us down.

how many points is at the discretion of the FL

10 points is "normal" for administration yes
15points seems "normal" for coming out of CVA with no agreement
points for transferring League share without permission?
points for being unable to fulfill a fixture?
points for transferring player contracts without permission?

just saying that penalties and sanctions are not cast in stone. It may be 10 points it maybe some other figure we do not know.

That seems a bit more arbitary, Pompey only have a 10pt deduction to come for that, sure others have had more. Is there any set range or do the FL just make up whatever they feel like?

Pompey have a 10 pt penalty due for remaining in admin at the start of the season. The CVA hasn't been finalised yet, so that remains up in the air.

I can't imagine the FL taking a sympathetic view of our situation. Especially if SISU manage to cling on to power.
