Yes different circumstances, but you'd get the same response.
Like to think my months of reading this forum I have picked out the fuc●wits and he is def 1
ACL will firstly try to block Sisu's takeover. If they fail I predict they will launch a new club at the Ricoh or they will buy Nuneaton and just move them. The league will go nuts but its no less legal then what Sisu are doing.
This thing will go nuclear.

It is hard to understand what you have written but I will try.
It doesn't matter how the stadium is, we are quickly becoming an average League 1 club...it doesn't matter what the stadium is like if we can't afford it.
The council invested in a Coventry stadium to generate money, business and employment as well as develop the local area..
Sisu invested in a short term plan to maximize the return, they have no moral obligation to this city people or fans....
I wish the minority would understand this, the council are not without blame but being used as a excuse to run up 60 mill of debt and take a club away is taking the piss..Each to there own but i stand by the Coventry connection not some fooking company with mutliple faces people and without a bone of care about what they ultimately have caused...
I mean more than financially
I cannot believe they have funded the club anywhere near as much as is claimed but it is without doubt that our club is on its knees thanks largely to the hand that they were dealt and the choices they have made.
Happy that ACL/CCC/Higgs could and probably should have made things easier but Sisu have had their go and been found wanting
Sisu have quite literally bled the club dry of any hope, future, support, success, trust, respect etc etc etc
There is no deal to do with Sisu - administrator yes but not Sisu - Nail after nail being driven in our clubs coffin.
So so frustrating - sorry for the inappropriate use of 'bled the club' dry but I hope I have clarified my stance.
To believe that SISU are the only entity responsible for our demise would be very naive, ACL/CCC aren't Saints in this matter and should definitely shoulder some of the blame.
Also, I was only sharing what fans of other clubs have said. Sadly most of our fans have the same intellect of you.
What is it with you and Donzo about Nuneaton? I wish you would stop with this stupidity - especially as it forces me to agree with SickBoy and Torch and a few others that I usually totally disagree with.
Why on Earth would you want to bring Nuneaton to Coventry? If you are a Nuneaton fan as well as a Cov fan, them drive over to Nuneaton to watch them.
I will agree that if SISU take our club out of Coventry, a brand new, fan-owned Phoenix club should be started.
Also, I was only sharing what fans of other clubs have said. Sadly most of our fans have the same intellect of you.
It is as you, not of you. Not so intellectual now are you!
So what are you trying to say ?
That fans from other clubs have a better grasp of the situation than ccfc fans ?
In Sick Boy's world the opinion of a couple of West Ham fans is football gospel.
Yes i would say they are about responsible for about 10% of the clubs debt which doesn't make them enemy no1. But sisu and a few on here see it differently !!!
hahaha...they certainly seemed to have Thorn sussed out long before you ever did. What were the wild claims you made again?
That that West Ham squad should have stormed thee argue not scrapped through the back door
A little bit more than that John I would say 25%, I won't defend SISU for many of there shocking decisions and if there intetntions were to make a quick buck then why not go all out instead of only financing us with the finances to make us a relegation outfit? We know how much money can be made from promotion alone.. ACL/CCC have been "Overcharging" the club on the rent since day one, then when a deal was struck according to TF at the Forums, CCC went back on that deal.. I'd rather the club could out of Admin and then a buyer talks to SISU without the council and ACL's input because when all said and done I want two things from this shamble personally:
1. We remain in Coventry playing our Football
2. No more of parties like ACL/CCC making money off CCFC enough is enough frankly.
I'm not sure the Football League will allow SISU to go a further 18 months without any further progression than just purchasing a piece of land.Anyway Fisher has consistently and repeatedly said the club have left the Ricoh for good,'this ship has sailed',etc etc.It would take a huge volte-face from Fisher to return to the Ricoh. He would effectively be admitting that the club couldn't get a groundshare agreement.Plus if you think Fisher could spin out any new ground build, then presumbably he could do exactly the same if we returned to the Ricoh. They can buy the land over the first year and a half and mess around with planning permission.
The land is covered by the debenture so as long as they get it for good price it will just make money for them. Without building a stadium.
And you just blindly accept his word on that? This is the same man who justified reneging on an agreement because the handshake was 'intended purely as a goodbye gesture' and has told numerous fibs in relation to the rent.
Yes I do genuinely believe that, like I have said previously everyone has the mindset that "The big bad SISU and the oh so poor ACL/CCC" but there not. Can you find me genuine proof to tell me that this don't exsist?
Your reasoning for quoting my post is simply because you don't believe Tim Fisher and what he says, there is no genuine proof just a morale opinion.
And you just blindly accept his word on that?
I don't believe anybody's word on either side.
Roll on the court cases.
No, even Godiva has accepted that he told an out and out lie when he claimed that the club had paid £800k in rent since the boycott started all that time ago. £500k came from the escrow which the club didn't fund, and £300k came from matchday costs which are separate to rent and paid by every club up and down the country. He lied.
I don't believe anybody's word on either side.
Roll on the court cases.
I think it was that if they had Thorn in charge they would have taken the league by storm, playing some of the best football the world has ever seen.
So the basis of you thesis is because Tim Fisher did it once he will do it again?
That's like saying I shagged a pornstar last night but I will do it again because I have done it previously..
So you concede Fisher has lied in the recent past? I'm not saying that everything to leave his mouth is a lie but I am saying that you'd be wise not to just take what he says as gospel as previous evidence shows he's not always being honest.
Everyone has lied in the past BSB including Tim Fisher, but my point is I believe him on this subject and subsequently I can't recall ACL ever denying it?
You have had answered the question you have been posing for sometime. Not everything will be lie, many things will be and I am sure we all know what these lies are, like I said however on this comment I think that TF might be telling the truth.
The club's words were 'We shook hands purely as a goodbye gesture' in regard to the deal which they went back on
tbh if we're basing a whole dispute on non verbal communication we're in worse trouble than even thought now, anyway!
That would only be the case if ACL offered city to play at the Ricoh rent free if they were out of Administration but the empty gesture they currently did only exasperates all involved with City and clouds the issuesNot sure why offering the Ricoh for free would force SISU into a quandary. If ACL don't agree a deal with SISU for them to play at the Ricoh, then SISU will still have to convince the Football League that they have serious plans for a new ground.Where we play next year wont alter that requirement.Surely if ACL want to force SISU to sell the club,it would be in their best interest to makes things as costly as possible for SISU.
tbh if we're basing a whole dispute on non verbal communication we're in worse trouble than even thought now, anyway!
