It seems likely that ACL can prevent the Administrator from handing the club back to SISU by blocking the CVA and rejecting the 26p in the £ offer.
This may leave the club with an uncertain future, but surely that is preferable to a future under SISU. And no matter what the Administrator is saying, the alternative to accepting the CVA is not liquidation and the demise of the club.
So, I for one, would like to see ACL reject SISU's offer and tell them to shove their 26 pieces of silver.
Mr Appleton will attempt liquidateLtd. leaving ACL having to try and sue SISU for their money.
SISU will argue they have beneficial right to the now up for grabs GS.
Mr Haskell will come in and make an offer for the about to be liquidated limited plus GS.
The football league will for once have absolutely nowhere else to hide and will have to make a decision.
I think.......
think we need some guidance on what exatly PA can liquidate, or rather what that represents. Lets say PH4 buys 50% of the Ricoh, could they not issue the golden share to him if they felt like it? They seem to be making it up as they go along anyway and surely they wouldn't stand for the club ceasing to exist when there are people waiting in the wings to takeover.
Not technically. What it was one 10p piece, 2 5p pieces and three 2p pieces? That would be three pieces of silver and three pieces of bronze. However, if you had four 5p pieces, one 2p piece and four 1p pieces....
