Utter chaos. 2 officials injured, left with one as the third ref of the game, and one linesman covering both ends of the pitch. Second half heavily delayed. How its not been called off is quite ridiculous.

Didn’t Jimmy Hill once run a line as I assume he was at a game in his capacity at the BBC?

Yes, you're right Grendel. JH was used as a linesman in a game.

That's why I'm surprised it wasn't abandoned. The potential to miss a big decision like an offside because he's caught out on the wrong position and can't see it must be significant.
