Not been yet. Will certainly be going. A few of the people I know that have season tickets seem to be enjoying it. I get that winning helps.
The day out and match day experience is apparently better than the Ricoh. I’m actually looking forward to it.
I think I’ll always be that kind of ‘does a few games a year supporter’ now. I had a season ticket for 18 years and went home and away everywhere for a while. I just do different stuff nowadays, work wise I’ve more commitments and spending time with the grandkids. Do a few England games and other events.
Following City has brought me some great memories, happiness (plus some sadness) and unbelievable days out, I've met some truly great friends along the way. I’ll always pop up at games now and again. But I’ve done with week in week out, just grown a bit old I reckon!!
That’s not sisu’s fault or anyone else’s.

This is a man who once walked from Tamworth to Highfield Road to get to a game. Proper commitment that!

Look forward to you coming over pal.

There's definitely a case to argue that The Ricoh was detrimental to the teams performances. Whether it be the playing surface or that section of our support that moan and groan at every failed pass, the team are now playing unburden by those things.

I go to St Andrew s , not because I agree with us playing there , but because i have too work Saturdays till 1 o’clock , so can’t make away games , is someone gonna tell me I’m wrong because I don’t want to go a whole season without watching the team I love ?? We don’t own the Ricoh so we are playing at a ground we don’t own , no change there , and to be honest the whole match day experience is better than the Ricoh , FUCK SISU but I’m still going to support the team

What's sad is NOPM is understandable but so very flawed. half of the fans don't have a clue why they don't go. Is it as they support the side if Wasps and the Council or they feel they can't watch a game outside Coventry for ideological reasons. I am sure some people have greater understanding of the matter than I do but the reality is most can't and don't. Specifically to that group of fans. Wake up realise your team needs you and individually can be the difference.

Deflecting every time someone mentions them to turn the conversation towards those that aren’t boycotting but aren’t attending is a form of defence.

I don't think that a handful of people deserve the publicity, in the same way I wouldn't support the trust or use any poll on here as a representation of all cov fans opinions.

None represent the majority, all are a vocal minority, right or wrong.

If anything even the vocal minority this time (NOPM) have failed, as it was actually a thing in Northampton, not heard or seen it in any protest, any local papers or anywhere else other than on here since we moved to St Andrews.

Id rather focus on the fact that more people are watching the club in Birmingham than Northampton and how we get even more there. Lets try and address the many, not the few

Ignore it instead of quoting a post so people can see it again and it becoming a talking point. You might not like to bring attention to a handful of people. Others might want to bite back after being slandered by a bunch of hypocrites. Doesn’t need you to jump in every.single.time.

Maybe your right.. That said,, I'd suggest if someone has been slandered by someone, call them out on it and not hide behind a phrase that's as old as a Billy Daniels goal

I made it up from Bristol last night without any trouble, enjoyed the game and went mental when we won. Being part of the crowd for these games and experiences is becoming something special. If I can do it from the 100 miles away you can do it from 20 with club assisted travel and cheap tickets. Give it a try.

Yeah, that is kind of me. That and what NW has said.

I bought a season ticket but haven't been to a single game yet. Winning all the time makes no difference to me, other than irking me more that we are not in Coventry.

Winning every single game is not going to change anything for me. I didn't want to go to Birmingham and still wouldn't, no matter how many games we won.

The whole thing is still a sorry mess.

Well I’ve got a season ticket so can get to every Saturday game, I’ve got no chance off getting to midweek games. All that said atmosphere is so much better than Ricoh again season ticket in Block 22 the negativity around me was astounding if anyone made a slight mistake

One, because I wanted to help the club and two, because I was prepared to give it a try, buy I still absolutely hate the thought of going to St. Andrews.

I could have gone last night but chose not to. The other games have just not been possible anyway.

I am hoping we are back at the Ricoh sooner rather than later.

Can be usual suspects put me straight on this one ,do you want to get the absent fans back or not, seems like somebody starts having second thoughts and he gets constant abuse. Why is there confusion between not one penny more and people that don’t want to go to Saint Andrews because it’s either too far or it’s not in Coventry. There seems to be a new order of Superfan that has raised its head and as long as we think like this we will never be a well supported side . Instead of giving dogs abuse to the returning fans why don’t you thank Robbins and the players for actually winning to get them there Instead of posting look at me and how great I am.

It could be later though Otis mate, EFL have green lit 3 years and as long as we fulfil our fixtures my gut says SISU will put business before the fans and will wait it out and see if Wasps implode. I fully understand you hate the idea of us playing there, we all do, but if everyone stopped away we'd end up like Bury. You've helped support the club by getting a ST, that is great but I think its better for us to cheer the lads on when we can, give them that lift and show we care. Please give it a go and try and enjoy the success we're having, think you deserve it tbf.

Which category are away only fans in? Fans who would rather subsidise all our rivals yet not their own club. The club getting a cut of that money making nopm a farcical argument. Not willing to travel to watch a home game but more than willing to travel further to away games. In my opinion if you dont go to home games then do not go to just away games.

Were the other teams blessed? Look at some old tv shots of football in the past. Pitches were shit then. 2 teams. One ball and 11 on the pitch. Results counted more than the quality of the pitch.

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t go for NOPM reasons. It’s more because when we decided we didn’t want to become one of those nob heads in Liverpool tops in the playground in Coventry in 1984, it was for one reason. Supporting a club that played in our city meant more. It felt different and special to the glory hunting kids who had never even seen Anfield. Take that away (for me and others of that era) and it just somehow loses a huge “something”. It’s not an argument or debate, it can’t be changed, it just is

Yeah, I travel long distances because I enjoy it. All I was saying that people should travel the short distance from Cov to Stans to see if they’d enjoy it. Logistics and cost shouldn’t be a problem.

Got talked into season ticket to St Andrews by my son (didn't really take much persuading though) wouldn't have known what to do with my Saturdays anyway. Only time I really get to catch up with old footy mates, we take it in turns driving, meet up at the craftsman for brekkie and then head out, we worked it out we get back for about 5.45 so only about 10 minutes difference from walking up from the Ricoh. I will continue to support CCFC in Birmingham or Coventry as I have since being a kid in the 60's, but like many want them back in Coventry. To me it's each to their own, I've had chats with friends who don't go, but would never call them for it, for to me we are all Sky Blue at the end of the day

Not what he said said he would pay for ifollow but would not go to games.
