I did, what about the more goals we score , the further from the council house we play, you and him and the like ,are always moaning about fan unity , and at every opportunity you want knock and divide the fan base , why don't you just enjoy the football for a change, don't worry if people are missing the games its not your problem

I made it up from Bristol last night without any trouble, enjoyed the game and went mental when we won. Being part of the crowd for these games and experiences is becoming something special. If I can do it from the 100 miles away you can do it from 20 with club assisted travel and cheap tickets. Give it a try.

The worst bit was trying out the bar on the corner of the kop stand, left before getting served.

Typical so called fan who takes part in the phone in. I think they must ring up the calludon ctr and ask if anyone wants to take part

it doesn't bother me if people can't bring themselves to go just find it funny when those who are staunchly against going suddenly skew their original position because the teams doing well.

And again, it doesn't bother me, but I do find it amusing.

That was a joke last night. Luckily got there early and only had to wait about 5 minutes to get served but the people behind the bar had clearly never worked there before. It's been okay on the Saturday matchdays, not sure what the cock up was. Everything took an age.

I'd agree with that, but also depending on the number of away fans so I'd revise Wimbledon down to more like 9k & 12k

How do you work out we’d have 14,000? We had 11,000 for s midweek game against Portsmouth at a similar time last year and against Wimbledon on a Saturday it was 10,000

Obviously as it was a weekday and a fair travel I just wanted to get in and have a pint not enjoy the delights of Digbeth but that was awful. I might try it again if it's better on a Saturday.

What was refreshing was being able to park for free 2 minutes from the turnstiles.

Haven’t changed my mind and I don’t even feel close to thinking about it tbh. That’s just the way it is. A temporary and hopefully quick blip in financial circumstances adds to it now as well. Never been NOPM - otherwise I wouldn’t buy shirts, iFollow or away tickets. I just choose not to go.

Exactly. Well said that man
Supporting City does not mean you support SISU
Those who are staying away are the only ones losing out. Their choice, of course.

I like the ones who get a bit bitter after we have a decent result. I can understand if people physically can't make it, it's more people who are spiting themselves and nobody else.

I must say I really enjoy the match day experience at Stans
I couldn't go last night, as I am away on business, but have been to all the other home games.
Totally agree with Liquid Gold.
It is really sad that people who live in Cov or anywhere else for that matter do not make the trip due to "anti SISU reasons". Appreciate the elderly, those with family commitments or people with money reasons ( albeit no more expensive than the Ricoh) may struggle
This is completely different to Northampton.
Watch half of them jump on the band wagon if the success continues though.
As always, everybody entitled to their own opinion.

The only difference is that B'ham is 20 miles away and Northampton 35 miles away. Sisu's mismanagement has left us in this position.
For that is why majority of fans will not go till we are back in Coventry or till sisu leave.

Funny, you were boycotting the Ricoh weren't you?

It's ironic that somebody appears after a year and a half to post in here and their last post was about MK Dons away.

I used to travel to the Ricoh by car which was always a pain, but shifted to coach travel for St. Andrews which is much easier and not much difference in price...once you've added the cost of car parking in. So I find the whole St Andrews experience as positive, but would still like to see us back in Coventry BUT with a decent pitch! Not the ploughed field of the Ricoh last season

Been a season ticket holder for years but never went to Northampton and didn't get a season ticket for St Andrews. But went to the Blackpool game as I was away for the rest but enjoyed the day and will be going to Doncaster game but can't warrant buying a season ticket again until we get back to Coventry which I believe will be sooner than we think.

O p t i m i s m. Maybe 14 k stretching it but the premium of being high in the league would bring more in..the 40 k plus that went to Wembley for example. Maybe I’m overestimating the number not travelling to St Andrews as well.
