Aaron Phillips has signed a new 1 year deal according to SSN Edit, found this - Coventry City right-back Aaron Phillips has put pen to paper on a new one-year deal with the club. The 19-year old came through the Coventry City Academy and impressed during a loan spell with Nuneaton Town last season. The defender made 17 appearances for the Boro, scoring one goal, as his form helped the club keep their Blue Square Premier status. City boss Steven Pressley said: "We are delighted to see Aaron commit his immediate future to the club. “He impressed during his loan spell last season which has proved a valuable experience and we are hoping he continues with his hard work this season. “I want to have a strong squad next season with every position covered, and Aaron will be an important part of that.” Aaron is the son of Dave Phillips, a member of the Sky Blues' 1987 FA Cup winning team.
