I think this young man has all the credentials to be a top player.. strong, determined, fearless, has pace if he is handled correctly and I am sure he will be.
This is really good news

Never failed to impress when I've seen him on the pitch!

And fair play to him today for letting Baker get the last goal. Could have done the schoolboy thing of pinching a goal for himself! (And fair play for running that distance and chasing it to ensure it crossed the line)

Next season I can see him being our permanent RB, if not sooner if Christie was to go

agreed. would he of been offside if he touched the ball?

Not sure. CWR said after the game Baker hit the ball from his own half (I thought he was just inside theirs) so I'm guessing not as Phillips is unlikely to have been in front of him. Could be wrong though

but either way, it was very unselfish of him, shows some of these youngsters might be growing up fast?

Well done Joy/Tim/Steve & co!
Just please don't now sell off Wilson/Christie etc!

The blame lies with Robinson & co!

This reinforces the fact Christie is going but its a good thing Phillips has signed, another decent prospect. Very strong at right back.

For a young lad to be an absolute stand out player in the Conference last season says a lot. Dale Belford, Tamworth manager asked about his availability for loan earlier this season and was told no chance!

Did anyone notice how he outpaced everyone in the race from our box to theirs as Bakers goal trickled in? He's quick, got technical ability, a great shot and is from good stock. Big future for Aaron.
