A Sustainable Club? (1 Viewer)

Technically speaking, not paying the rent didn't start the admin process. ;)

I see what you meant, but something needed to be done about an unsustainable rent bill, and SISU thought the best way to do that was to go renegade, you could argue it worked somewhat because ACL's lastest offer was 150k, and one would imagine if we came back (renting) it would be on even more favourable terms than that.

The fact remains ACL could not have put Ltd into admin if Ltd didn't owe them any money. The process was not opposed at any point, unless you count choosing the administrator at the last minute.

You're simplifying it too much, if it was the simple, why aren't teams like Arsenal, Madrid, Barcelona, Man U, Liverpool, and so many other clubs not in admin when they're in hundreds of million pounds of debt? (Note: rhetorical question)

It's all strategy, ACL wanted someone to pay their rent, applied for admin order, SISU placed ltd in admin to break the lease and it looks like SISU outmanoeuvred ACL.

All we're doing is regurgitating old info so there's no point carrying on, I've said my bit.

I honestly have no clue what you're on about, but yeah, let's leave it as a topic, no good going over old ground.
