Sisu run our club on behalf of unknown investors and obviously make some sort of charge for doing so .
Sisu employ certain board members to manage the club on a day to day basis.

Could it be that as long as the owners of Sisu capital and their co-horts brady& dildo are earning money via certain companies ie OTIUM for their services, they don't give a toss.

The end of season funding has come from loans against season tickets and prior to that ryton mortgage NOT from sisu

Eventually it will be the unknown investors who take the hit ( not sisu capital) when it comes and each one will only lose 10 % of whatever has been put into the fund.

Even if Sisu owners ( not the unknown investors) put in 10% they will have had at least their money back via OTIUM possibly. The longer they hang on the more they get paid and stuff the unknown investors?

Just a thought or is it to simplistic?

To be honest I don't think anyone will ever know what they are doing, proberly not even Sisu anymore.
There are that many twists in what they are upto all these people who are chairman etc of ccfc have no clue either so why they lie is beyond me as they are just making themselves look like lying fools which is obviously what they are and have been employed as spin merchants and are all as slippery as eel's

Personally I am bored with SISU and bored with CCFC. Too much is going on off the field and perfomances on the field are shocking as a result. I am happy to take no further part in this thread.

Simply put if Sisu executives are earning money one way or another off CCFC they will keep it going as long as possible to earn as much as possible

When administration comes it will only be the funds invested in CCFC by unknown investors, that is in administration not sisu capital as sisu capital only manage those funds on behalf of the investors

You are right about this . If the investors can make a good return out of their investment then why should they give it up . They will not be bothered where it is coming from I.e selling Juke , Clingan or Cranie or from season ticket sales in the year 2015 just as long as they do alright with there " bit of fun " investment

I get what your saying. If the club go sold tomorrow. The orange one woul be out of a job/ salary.

No wonder he is clinging to his job for as long as possible.

oldskyblue58 maybe you get the jist of what I am saying and could maybe explain it more clearly. Assuming that it is possible that the unknown investors who own10% or less of us each have their funds in a fund that is independent from sisu capital but only managed by sisu capital

Doesn't really make sense - SISU are able to operate as a hedge fund only because they manage businesses successfully; if they screw up CCFC that will impact upon their ability to charge investors fees for management of other assets. Which may be why SISU are so desperate not to sell - they want to trade their way out of the current mess. Essentially, their business strategy relies upon a rookie manager and a thin squad to pull lots of rabbits out of very few hats!

Agreed that is the only down side for them having a failure on there hands at what they are supposed to be good at.
But still won't be their own money they are losing only those that invested in the football project.
They can explain that away as football being different and look at their track record in all their other investments, so its just a minor hiccup

Heres a more logical answer, albeit one that doesn't play to the SISU are evil hive mind:

The club owe SISU £30m and SISU haven't yet received an offer they think is worth selling for.

They obviously don't think the club will go up with investment in the time scale offered by potential investors. Therefore they're hanging on in the hope that either someone will offer a better deal or they can make the club more attractive.

Admittedly, that's heartless, but not downright criminal, which I'm guessing misusing investor funds to line your pocket is.

What can they possibly do to "make the club more attractive." They have no chance whatsoever of getting their hands on any part of the stadium (hooray!!!) and are very unlikely to get promotion. Am I missing something here?
