A simple poll (1 Viewer)

There is so much BS flying around by the clique and their trolls right now it is unbelievable. They are running campaigns they don't back, they are ignoring their own membership; and just look at their attacks on anyone who disagrees with them!

So take these losers out of the equation, and see what real fans want.

1) Do you support a total boycott of Coventry City with sisu in charge (yes or no)

2) Do you believe Not One Penny More is a valid strategy (yes or no)

3) Do you believe we as fans should have nothing to do with sisu (yes or no)

4) Do you believe talks with sisu can be productive anymore (yes or no)

It isn't hard to have a poll, but as the clique refuses to ask their membership these questions, they are welcome to answere these. Of course there are many more questons, but this is at least a start!

1) Do you support a total boycott of Coventry City with sisu in charge (yes or no) - NO. But surely the question should be worded to relate to the fact of us playing here or elsewhere. Makes a big difference to many fans.

2) Do you believe Not One Penny More is a valid strategy (yes or no) - Again, not a yes or no answer. IF the club play away from Coventry, then yes.

3) Do you believe we as fans should have nothing to do with sisu (yes or no) - NO.

4) Do you believe talks with sisu can be productive anymore (yes or no) - YES

obviously there are always problems with polls like these (just look at the results - there is sommething wrong with the workings of doing a poll like this (it requires multiple questions yet only allows one - hence the results are all over the place)!

Point is I am only interested in the questions as I have asked. If you want differing answers, then by all means make an alternate poll. Point is the clique aren't running any polls, and are claiming to run campaigns but not back them, or simply go ahead with something that obviously the membership are split over, yet not going ahead with something that everyone is behind!

It seems to me there is no clear direction within the clique, as such they cannot possibly claim to represent the fans!

They want to have it as just one voice, but as can be seen on things like NOPM, the voices aren't united, so by the very definition if we are all one voice, those that disagree/disapprove are silent!

As for dongontroll, Once again trying to take a cheap shot without having anything to back them up!

Maybe it's me, but if you are struggling with 4 yes or no questions, that says more about you and your lack of vision than the questions!

Either you support a boycott or you don't!

Either you are prepared to talk to sisu or you aren't!

How sad that you cannot understand such a fundamentally simple concept!

While its early and not conclusive there appears to be a contradiction between points 1 and 3 in the poll as they are essentially the same stance yet produce a difference of 4 votes.

Its only gonna get worse too Wingy....

Logic would surely dictate that if one were to add the 2 vote totals for each question, those 4 sub-totals would each equate to the number of voters.....

...its already not the case in all 4 questions.....

...still....it doesn't matter really....its just another pointless poll on a football forum...

Exactly, there are 4000 people on here. Realistically about 1000 - 2000 members log in and either post or just look.

When the average game got about 13-14k last season it is quite a minority.

Update to the poll (as the multi-guess mechanism isn't giving valid%)

1) yes 42 (49.4%) of 85
2) Yes 54 (63.5%) of 85
3) Yes 45 (58.4%) of 77
4) Yes 26 (32.9%) of 79

So a tiny sample granted, but is throwing up some interesting stuff.

1) A total boycott will not happen - and most certainly never would.
2) NOPM (which isn't being backed by the clique) has just under 2:1 in favour showing how out of touch the clique are by not backing it
3) 1.5 times more people don't want anything more to do with sisu
4) 2:1 talks with sisu are of no use anymore.

Ultimately it shows that by adopting a single voice, you are going to alienate an awful lot of people - either way!

Pretty much puts to bed once and for all the idea that we even need one voice, as whose voice do you choose?

Better surely to have concerned fans voicing their own concerns. I mean how can you effectively run any sort of campaign if you do not back it?

With respect that's absolute rubbish Edgy! Many people, I'm sure like myself will have voted that they do not support a total boycott of SISU on the proviso we will remain in Coventry...if we don't then I fully support the NOPM campaign...the question didn't make that clear. I want SISU out only marginally less than the immediate desire for us to remain in my home city. If you're surmising from the results of this vote somehow shows that the pro and anti-SISU camps are somehow evenly split then you've been on another planet for the last few months...or possibly GMK! I think if you look at the much wider gap between the results of the other questions then that gives a much clearer reflection of the level of current support for them.

Except that The Sky Blue Trust are supporting it. The Not One Penny More campaign has now been focused at the immediate goal of ensuring that CCFC stay in Coventry.

As I thought won't rise up to the challenge. So I can only assume that as you are actively trying to divide the fans and wreck a fans group you are either upset that nobody has given you any credit for anything you've done in your life that is if you've ever done anything which I doubt. Or you're actively working for the benefit of Sisu Why I can only speculate. The only other thing I can think of is that you were a member of the original Trust wouldnt they listen to you? Is that why you throw your teddy out the pram when you hear the phrase The Sky Blue Trust does it hurt can you feel your blood boiling GOOD.
