Mr Appleton, it is a matter of record that neither CCFC Ltd, CCFC Holdings Ltd, Sky Blue Sports and Leisure Ltd and Otium have not filed their accounts. Therefore, please justify your decision in selecting Otium as "preferred bidder" without properly audited accounts ?

Like I said/eluded to in the post...the fact that he was chosen as the best man to look after the creditor's interests & get the job done. They'd must be convinced...& he is seemingly doing a good job for the creditors as the Otium bid is apparently substantially better than any of the others. I don't the details of any of them myself so can't really say, but the interests of the creditors & those of the fans are not necessarily one in the same.

Going to go slightly off Topic here or not as the case may be.

We've covered this in Minute detail and we're all well aware something Is not right with the way this has unfolded. How can you claim Beneficial Ownership without the entity claiming that point not being considered to be in Admin themselves ,therefore responsible for all assets/liabilities and by definintion unable to Carry out any business. There has to be an option to challenge everything on this point.
