Your slithering and crawling around everything OSB says is probably as embarrassing to him as it is to your dignity. I have effectively replied to it as my relevant points are relayed in a subsequent post. I'm sure if OSB said the world is flat you would cancel your round the world cruise. I wouldn't.

What a strange little man you are.

That reply just about sums you up perfectly. It's the equivalent of saying look over there and running away in the opposite direction.

Answer OSB's post directly and point for point. I dare you, in fact I double dare you.

As for slivering and crawling upto OSB thats exactly what you should be doing. You clearly need a new accountant considering you've just outed yours to be a bigger idiot than you are. Maybe that's not fair on your accountant, after all he was only stupid enough to say it and your the one stupid enough to repeat it.

1) Accountants aren't human.
2) "He laughed when I asked him", accountants don't have a sense of humour.

His whole account is flawed and based on fantasy. ;-)

Car parks(full or empty) don't really do it for me I'm afraid.

Still, whatever floats your boat.

The points raised are valid as have been my responses. The discussion is very relevant and his response was detailed but glossed over the salient point - the deal as a commercial excercise does not stack up.

I'm sorry if not everyone on here considers a certain accountant as a Demi-God they have their own opinions.

You sound absurd.

He always tells the truth and explains things for us all so we can understand things.

Even you don't understand what you are trying to say all the time and........:slap:

You could say the same thing about the move to Sixfields, the new stadium, or getting involved with us in the first place.

With regards to accounting, balance sheets might as well be written in German because I understand so little about each. What OSB58 does is translate the figures into something that I can understand, makes observations and asks questions about the data that I wouldn't spot/know to ask. He's an accountant and obviously has skills/training in that area and I appreciate him applying those skills and posting on here so that we're not reliant on the comments made by either side in this mess which are hardly going to be neutral.

In return if he wants to know about the use of the Verifone Vx810 duet PDQ then I'd be only too pleased to help.

Well he takes accounts breaks down the data and gives his opinion on that data.

Nothing wrong with that.

We appointed new accountants two years ago. The first advice they had was to create a separate holding company to own the property and then the actual business leased it off the holding company. Normal business practice.

Are you Tim or Labo . ? You seem to have a lot of their mannerisms . I think you have an alterior motive for constantly belittling people who genuinely try to help us "lesser mortals " understand what's going on . I also think you need to have a couple of pints tonight and chill out .:thinking about:

I switched accountants about five years ago when I was introduced by a friend to his own one. This one is much more clued up, actually explains things and asks if I incurred expenses on things or whether things I paid out for last year at the flat, I've paid again this year. I read in the paper that some firms will be forced to change accountants/auditors every 10 years under new rules. That sounds like a good idea to me.

I know he always rants needs to leave that "I'm god" stance at work.
Must get his own way all the time not used to mere mortals not looking up to him except for Torch and Nick.

Breaking news just in:

The 'A Question for The Accountants' thread to be used in it entirety by both parties, in chambers as legal arguments prior to the full hearing of the Judicial Review.

Then explain why Sisu did it the other way around! Limited was supposedly the "holding" company & Holdings was the daily operational part! So sisu's "normal" business practice was in truth in 100% disagreement even with your businesses concept of "normal" business practice! It all smells fishier than Baldrick's apple crumble

Which is more than anyone else here does (and therefore for all intents and purposes, more than anyone here can do).
