How so? Will not anyone foolish enough to take over his position also be taking the SISU paycheck and therefore reinforcing their position? How would that show any SISU cracks?

At least Thorn now has some experience of the way that SISU operate or not as the case may be whereas any newcomer would be going in blind.

If things are as bad as we believe and no other manager would touch the club what would happen if he has gone? No one else would take charge and their folly will be exposed.

Anyway he has publically stated he will only stay if he gets his way over budgets. He's a man of his word so either he gets what he wants or he resigns. No argument really.
