It's his only currency. What's childish and laughable is people like you who are taken in by him. He is only interest in his SISU paycheck. He is as guilty as all other SISU employees for our problems. Get rid of him and the cracks in the SISU empire will start to show.

Keep him if you want to keep SISU.

You say that Thorn worships the SISU dollar, that's a very emotive statement and and has no basis in fact.
You say, "He is only interest in his SISU paycheck." (sic) That is purely your opinion but you state it as fact.

You say "Get rid of him and the cracks in the SISU empire will start to show."
How so? Will not anyone foolish enough to take over his position also be taking the SISU paycheck and therefore reinforcing their position? How would that show any SISU cracks?

At least Thorn now has some experience of the way that SISU operate or not as the case may be whereas any newcomer would be going in blind.

Your logic is bizarre to say the least.

Well he publically stated things have to change for him to stay on, he has to have a budget to sign players. What do you think?

I don't see either option, if he were to resign or stay on with no budget, as a good outcome.

Whilst sisu suck every last pound out of our remaining player/assets it won't matter who is manager

A very poor argument when the best you can do is try to staple Thorn to the bad reputation of our owners.

Get rid of Thorn and the cracks in the empire will start to show ?
Now that's just paranoia.

Not at all. He provides the media mouthpiece. He is acceptable to most supporters. He is very pliable and will do whatever the owners ask of him. If things are as bad as we believe and no other manager would touch the club what would happen if he has gone? No one else would take charge and their folly will be exposed.

Anyway he has publically stated he will only stay if he gets his way over budgets. He's a man of his word so either he gets what he wants or he resigns. No argument really.

ANDY Thorn has got his close season targets all lined up and ready to go.

But the Coventry City boss could be in for a frustrating summer as he waits patiently for the club to come out of its transfer embargo.

Although now working to a vastly reduced fighting fund to the “bounce-back” budget originally hoped for after City’s relegation was confirmed against Doncaster last month, the Sky Blues manager is pressing ahead with his recruitment plans.

“The players I am looking at are free transfers so they are not going to cost anything,” said Thorn

And any budget does not include wages?

But before you answer that can you please validate your assertions that "Thorn worships the SISU dollar" and "He is only interest in his SISU paycheck" and "Get rid of him and the cracks in the SISU empire will start to show."

So he does what his employers tell him, and he only does his job for the money.
Well I would say that's about the same as 99% of the worlds population.

So just to recap, Andy Thorn is as much to blame for Coventry city being in the state that the club finds its self in, as much as Richardson, McGinty,Robinson. Also, sun tan Ken, and all the Sisu muppets.
Also Thorn worships the Sisu dollar and is the key figure is us bringing down the Sisu empire. He also only does his job for money....... Anything else ?

Before AT arrived we were in such a poor state no-one wanted to manage us. He simple saw a free ticket to a championship level team. I agree he's had it tough, but he's stuck with us because no-one else would want him. That's my view anyway..
