No not to get Waggott out hopefully that will happen, but to convince Tony Mowbray even if the worst comes to the worst stay here for atleast a season and spearhead a promotion campaign in division 2. I don't see a lot of money being handed out for team building whichever division we are in but TMs expertise especially with young players and building a team from scratch is needed, another manager is not.

Either way a decision on the manager has to be made in the next 4-6 weeks maximum.

Absolutely, if not sooner. Can't be going into a pre season not knowing which players we are going to have for the coming season, let alone not knowing who is going to lead them on their promotion chase (wishful thinking, I know).

I would like to think TM has seen enough to know that he has what it takes to take a team out of his league, albeit he will need his own 11 on the pitch, not one inherited to him.

We just need the board to realise what he needs to help him on his way to doing this

He will not be here trust me. The club is no longer having investment from sisu so there will be no budget. Tm has said he will stay if club match his ambition and i have to say that will not happen. Another period of time for us to have james beattie and gregg abbott linked with the job. For me its not looking good where we are heading.wether its league 2 or this one i cannt see tm staying

TM is hardly a messiah is he ? Am I missing something ? are we safe ? Are CCFC any really different from before ? did lucky results elsewhere by other teams not winning make TM a messiah in past few weeks to keep us above drop zone ?

Is is he worthy of a campaign to keep him ? ........

Rupert you have let me down there when I saw the title I thought it was going to rid the club of Waggott and was ready to join your quest

Yes, because he is old school and has proved in the past he can construct a team from a pittance. I believe even in division 4 he will get players on the cheap, on loan who and can play a bit and bring on the good youngsters pushing through.

Believe me my campaign to get rid of the incompetent fool is in the pipeline but the team and set-up take priority.

Not nessaseraly a competitive wage obviously unless you want another Pressley type idiot but built in bonuses for success. I suppose when at Albion and Middlesbrough he was on about 20k a week, but ain't at that type of club is he.

Wouldn't say 'messiah' but he's done far better in his short period here than Pressley managed and we look the better for it (yesterday aside)
