Author Vijay Mehta, Chair of Uniting for Peace, is giving a talk on his book on 5th March 2013 at University of Warwick, Main Academic Block, Warwick Campus, Gibbet Hill Road, Coventry CV4 7AL

The Economics of Killing – How the West Fuels War and Poverty in the Developing World published by Pluto Press, describes how the Military Industrial Complex works, its links with the global financial crisis and “the role Western governments play in perpetuating conflict”. The meeting starts 18:00 followed by a Q/A session till 20:00
