People aren’t assigned good or bad at birth don’t be silly. This sort of crime increases when certain parts of the social safety net are missing. Sitting around saying isn’t this awful won’t stop it happening again.
Can understand witnesses' being scared of reprisals but you would think that they would be happy to grass the other gang up. Just don't get it, probably the same with the RB7 and C2 gangs in Cov, maybe they see the old bill as the bigger enemy despite trying to kill each other.This does seems to be more of an issue up there though with people keeping quiet to 'protect each other' like some sort of Mafia code. It was one of the first things the police raised in their statements and for the local press to raise it seems that there is a deeper issue with it. Same happened with the Rhys Jones murder like some posted earlier.
