I also have a film clip of the days building up to the final at the club and city.With an old chap called Reg aged about 90 who was the highfield road doorman for 50 years,he was in tears when he knew he was going to wembley.

Yeah, my Dad recorded the whole day on VHS. Haven't seen it for years.

I've watched the old VHS video I had of the game about 8,000,000 times (slight exaggeration...maybe 7,000,000) and I don't recall seeing Houchens goal from that angle. When I saw it from that angle, I never appreciated how good Bennos cross was. I knew it was good but from that angle it looked immense...a proper wide players knock into the 'mixer'.

And also...I wonder if that couple are still married...???

What kind of man is that Killer ,should have used his teeth for that Garter ,her old fella must have been gutted the privelage was taken away.Tashes and mullets everywhere ,swore i'd take mine to the grave ,and walking adverts for Nickleby's to boot.

Brilliant, thank you very much. I have a copy of the video that charted our run to the final, Stuart Linnel did the commentary, I keep meaning to get it transferred on to DVD.
