What a run for the gold and world record, makes you wonder why they often faff around with tactics in the 800m.
Anyone on here done athletics much, what are the sbt records?! It's only when you have a go you realise how quick they are! Mo farah's last lap of the ten 10k would beat my best ever 400m time.
World also love to know what sort of times our players cold do I some of these events. Think they would be comletly blown away.
