Pay your money, its a leisure pursuit and no more. Treat them with the respect they deserve(none) and watch the sporting club.

Same situation, the rules state a certain requirement, only one place in the City meets that requirement.
But they should Fisher told us that all the facilities at Warwick Uni were of a better standard and up to FA Code.

That's great but the FL don't have to do that. All they have to do is enforce their own rules and say Coventry City must play in Coventry. Doing that doesn't say they have to play at the Ricoh, that may be the only available ground up to league standard but that's hardly the fault of the FL and would be a petty weak legal argument from SISU.
Exactly right. Effectively, the FL have used their discretion to allow SISU to bypass their current regulations. All they have to do is withdraw that discretion. It doesn't force SISU to go back to ACL and negotiate a deal, but it's obviously the most likely scenario. Regardless, it's hard to see how the FL could be sued for following their own rules - where that's been tried before, most notably by Stevenage, it has failed.

Was almost lost for words when the organiser from Warwick Uni got up in fornt of everyone and said to delegates from all around Europe "Thankyou for attending this event being held in Warwick". Not a mention of the fact that they were all sitting in Coventry.
