Yes you do.

Or there would be no need for your post:

My point is I think talks might be happening but you spout it like you are 'in the know' when I'd wager you know fuck all as has been proved time and time again.
No doubt if we do come back to the Ricoh you'll be on here going "See I told you" which in your mind will prove you were part of the deal or something similar.

No that was boxing day we won 5-4 and it was freezing but the best game for me !

Not wishing to be picky - so now you know I will be - but it wasn't on Boxing Day, although everyone seems to think it was!

W played away to Villa on Boxing Day that year (77) and drew 1-1 (I think). It was the game that Graham Oakey got injured in.

We then played Norwich on the following day.

While having a moan, since when was one of our best ever goalscorers a winger??

A bit of crass reporting error really isn't it. There was a decent winger on the books around that time I seem to remember - now what was his name?

Well, we had Graydon and Nardiello.

Then Steve Hunt came the following year.

Anyone else you could think of????????

Once again reading more into a post than's actually in it, however the Ricoh has never been our home (we've just been the ripped-off tenants) and what I mean by that is it's never ever felt line Highfield Road.

By the way, not against a temporary return as an interim measure until we have our own stadium under our control, purely for financial reasons!

FIFA - FPR PUSB!

Just had a look in one of my City books to check and you're correct it was the day after Boxing Day.That was some match though I was in the West End and the terraces were iced up but the game was that good we never noticed how cold it was.I think Norwich had Martin Peters and Chivers in their team ?

I admire Wallace's optimism, but I think it is misplaced & I don't think he has any inside information.

So in English on another thread I asked you this AndreasB.....http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/47332-season-ticket-update-!!!?p=743759#post743759

"Do the damning verdicts in the judicial review(s), where our owners were castigated for their stewardship not prick your conscience even a tad AndreasB?

The principled view that I and others have took about not attending Sixfields was based on a sense of injustice around kamikaze actions in pursuit of the prize that our owners covet, by holding the emotional heart of a football club, its supporters and the community of Coventry to ransom in a clear attempt to gain ownership of the Ricoh by Machiavellian means, is that not obvious?

I along with many others see the "Club" that I have supported all of my life as 'Coventry City Football Club'- the current incumbents as owners are financial chancer's (in my opinion) and I can disassociate the two- regrettably.
Does the data as provided by the numerous legal professionals not drive even a small reassessment in your mind of the rights and wrongs of this? To assure you, I feel no sense of victory in this situation or my statement, my truly beloved football club is being ripped apart and it makes me very very sad, but I do feel somewhat vindicated in my choice to remain away from Sixfields(other than protests on the hill). After 35 years as a season ticket holder, a heartbreaking decision to take, not easy I can assure you, and yes of course I recognise the perilous position that this puts the Coventry City Football Club in, on the edge of extinction, but isn't it a situation that could and should have been avoided, isn't it a self made prophecy that SISU/OTIUM seem hell bent on fulfilling as they spiral us to the possible abyss. Isn't there a principled, moral line to be upheld here- history tells us that bending in the face of such, only services egos and perpetuates the imbalance.

Not I hope a pointless post, nor meant to be patronising to you, for you seem to have taken umbrage at Italiahorses comment, so it really is just a question to you?"

Happy receive an answer in English?

And further to it being bollocks. You would have to be an intellectual dwarf not to recognise that 'things have been happening' Of course they have. SISU have been shafted in court, They have sold less than 500 tickets, Waggot takes his turn to talk like a dick, A loyal player gets shafted etc etc, Things go on!! Things happen. The world moves on. Eventually we will be back at the RICOH because its the only credible way forward.

And when that happens, you will be on here spouting your usual crap about how your insider dealings put you in the know. Your knowledge about anything going on in this mess is about as profound as me predicting that after it gets dark tonight, it will get lighter tomorrow. Whoppe effin do.

My conscience? you cheeky fucker. This club have dicked me around enough to make me realise you cant fight it. If you enjoy watching football (even us) then go to Sixfields. Dont get so emotional. Pay your money, its a leisure pursuit and no more. Treat them with the respect they deserve(none) and watch the sporting club.

My first and only full kit. The tops were itchy as fuck and would pull very easily. Quite poor quality I thought.
Still the best kit ever though.

He was a forward. And a very good one at that (for us anyway). 80% of what by the way. Meaningless - it is either signed and sealed (therefore 100%), or not (0%).

Ah, you see you're not really understanding percentages here, at least in footy terms.

As a footballer, Wallace's maximum available percentage will be 110% (Modern footballers can easily go up to 200%, btw).

So when he says 80%, I'm going to assume that really he means 73%.

Of course, as a footballer, he'll also have a pretty poor grasp of probability - which is why his bookie's yacht is named 'Wallace's Folly'.

So even that 73% might be a bit off.

Is the other player in the picture Nardiello?
Is this the game that finished 4-1?

Year 1 - 2013/2014 = Gone.
Year 2 - 2014/2015 = Northampton.
Year 3 - 2015/2016 - Northampton.

Now this is where its gets intresting. What will the FL do when there is evidence they have been rumbled and there is no new ground?

There are a further 2 years if needed but they wont be granted by FL as sisu wont be able to build a ground in time. Clocks ticking SISU.
