Well the last official statement said that they were talking to each other (Sisu and ACL) and that all would be kept between themselves until a deal (or the collapse of a deal) is confirmed. So at the minute i suppose no news is good news!

ACL have to serve the winding up order on the club, which they can do at any time. It's not operative until it's published, and then it has to go through the courts. Nothing serious has to happen for about two months.

What exactly is a winding up order? Surely its nothing more than the money must be payed within a certain amount of time? Which is easily done, as sisu had enough money to buy half the ricoh?
