Choose France as one of the nations to "load all players" from. Maybe have a peek in the Editor? I'd be curious as to what his potential is, but I'd bet 115-125. Which will do!

Can't find a wiki on him at all. Do we know anything about him? If not, I'm going to assume it's a weak pun, based around the possibility of calling him "Bill Owngoal" in English.
