Don't shoot the messenger, but there's also something on Facebook about the 40th minute too, about a different CCFC fan. Just in case there's any confusion. RIP to the both of them.

I've just been to Alan's (Burger's) funeral. More than packed church for a lovely bloke who was CCFC through and through.

Can we not go back to a minutes applause before kick off? All this x minute stuff is confusing. And then you can have an announcement to explain it as well

RIP to both, just feel it was more poignant outside of the game.

I loosely knew Burger, a very good man. Glad it was a good turnout. Feel desperately sorry for his family, especially his two boys.
