I'm kind of fascinated about the dynamics behind the scenes. Genuinely how a group of players can look like they were trying to get him the sack then today running though walls for him. Very happy with 4 from 6 though expected the draw today and 3 against QPR. I'm hoping that in a weird way the expectations being lower over coming fixtures will relax the team and maybe even help them surprise me. Personal expectations for season? Delighted with top ten, happy with top half. Just want to see an attitude like today

I like to think of myself as one of the happy clappers but at half time I really didn't know what to make of it. We were playing well, looking threatening but heading for another demoralising defeat.
