Why oh why does SP insist on NEVER changing to 4-4-2 either pre match or even in games to change the momentum and empasis of matches?
What makes it worse is many of our players are more suited to playing 4-4-2
Pugh would be a better LB than LWB
Clarke would be a better RB than RWB
Fleck and Obrian would be great in the middle of the park
Coudabaily is good winger we are not even using as he does not fit the current system
Obrian played right wing for Barnsley and did well so could cover this position too
Haynes is great going forward and has a superb delivery and could play LW for us easily
Josh Mquoid can play as an attacking left winger to cover haynes or if we are pushing on.
I would go with:
-------------GK-------------
Willis----Webster--Reda----Pugh-
Counabaily--Fleck--Obrian---Haynes
----------Nouble---Jackson
4-3-3 - would also be better for us than 5-3-2
-------------Allsop---------------
Clarke----Willis--Reda----Haynes-
-------Obrian-Thomas--Fleck--
----Jackson--Nouble--McQuoid--
Why would SP after us not impressing in games just try and alter the formation for a change?
