Have you seen the promotion of it on YT AI generating fantastical stuff from people like Prof Cox and that Japanese guy who I can't remember.
Sounds like a tale from Musk going on a mining expedition etc?

It's definitely going to be our year!

Like with Spurs and when the "year ends in 1"

We'll have, "when there is a global catastrophe"

That's a great image, but I can't grasp if those are it's tail remnants as it sheds or distant galaxies and now the picture has gone, shame?

Been following the story for a few months, its an amazing story, and shows how little the astro science community actually knows.

Its not performing in the way they expect, but im sure they've made a ton load of presumptions and "best guessing" in their calculations.

Personally I think its possibly made up of chemical elements we arnt aware of, and has a composition not found within our own solar system, rather than being under intelligent "alien" control.

Not sure on your point here, but you're right in a sense. It's an amazing opportunity for us, as a species, to understand more about our universe, galaxy and our place within it.

I do not doubt the scientific community will be beyond excited to study only the third confirmed interstellar object to visit our solar system. Not sure on your comment about them knowing "little", but a great opportunity to learn more about what they don't know, for sure.

I can only surmise you were being slightly ironic in your last paragraph given the contents of the one that proceeded it.

The scientific community are said to be baffled by the way that 3i atlas appears to be moving, ... but why are they so baffled?

Could it be that all of their modelling, data and analysis are based on previously known comets, all of which originated from within our own solar system? Why should anyone presume that previous data could be automatically read across to a travelling object from outside of our solar system?

Its quite possible that a newly discovered comet could be made up of something different from what we are used to seeing, and would behave quite differently as a result.

That's my best "guess" based on nothing but what ive read and the interviews ive listened to on line. But to me it sounds far more reasonable and believable than we are about to be visited by aliens.

But it remains a fantastic topic to follow, and im sure will amaze and educate the "experts" out there for years to come.

Don't panic, we will be promoted on a points-per-game basis just as we were when we came up from League 1.

Looking forward to March 16 when this proves to be yet more wishful thinking. Meanwhile, back on Planet Earth, the Sky Blues will be striding towards a momentous Championship victory. "Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!"

The aliens won’t be contracted to a club, so perhaps we can pick one or two up for nothing. A midfielder and someone who can play across the front line, including both wings, would be good.

I’m just hoping that their physiological make-up gives them an advantage over mere Earthlings. Imagine someone who can run 100 metres in three seconds and is eight feet tall with great heading ability.

I'm glad it's now winter. I will be able finally to pull the roots out of those Triffids growing in my back garden.

And anyway, if these aliens that may be coming, do want to play football and want to sign for us, we wouldn't need to stick them on the wings. They probably already have them.

Also, I can't wait to see them feature for the City. Want to see who the first fan is to shout out, when an alien first touches the ball, "he's all arms and legs."
