Not for a scout. If we expand scouting range to within Europe then Adaptability will be desirable.

I want analytical ability, preferably numerical, and the ability to screen out any advice received from fans - who actually know nothing. Candidates should be obliged to watch Moneyball film as part of the induction. The take down of the experienced scouts is the best bit.
