club say they want to build a stadium, we will only ever be tenants @ ricoh and that doesn't help us on the field. We are down to six sites with 2 being picked soon.. I get people not believing SISU, but it was Boddy that said it, surely he has some integrity ? Surely by building that eliminates the wasps issue ?

The wasps issue is always going to be there. If a new stadium is built by anyone - SISU or new owners. The council are going to spanner it up. They don’t want a new stadium for 2 reasons:

1) if CCFC build a new stadium, it will inevitably take sponsors/funding from their pet project - Wasps.

2) if wasps leave/ go tits up (hopefully) then the Ricoh becomes a white elephant

the council don’t want the club on its own two feet - they want 2 big sports names at the Ricoh. If that means we’re subservient today Wasps then so be it

I really don't think the council want two big sports stadiums in the city.

time for the club to call them out when they don't get further help then. The latest comms suggests that the club have been working with the council on sites

They don’t - but ultimately it’s their decision to sell the Ricoh that will inevitably lead to that - with SISU or any new ambitious owners

They're not weird mate. They're there, and being used for a reason.
Deflect, deflect, deflect.

The trust are a joke, and should be disbanded immediately. They don't represent the views of the fans, the club don't interact with them, and the clowns on the trust board seem to know fuck all about what is actually going on.

Although we all assume it’s Kalns I wonder if Salop does them and spends the day talking to Lies Reid - it’s the same weird photoshop stuff - sticking heads on animals

John Fletcher loves a strange photoshop too.

So we have an ex council leader, a council officer and somebody called Chris W who has a massive issue with people mentioning Chris West.

Isn't the issue with creating a new Supporters group is you need to work with he FSA and guess who is on the board. non other than the Sky blues trust's Roger Ellis.

We could boycott the SBT and hope they go bust, then SBTT can acquire the FSA golden share.

In fairness to CJ he's up against it with the rest of the board of the Trust. He does at least try to communicate with us even if we don't always agree with what he says. He's the only one actually doing what he should and communicating with fellow fans. I suspect if the Trust board was more representative then CJ would be an asset to the Trust. As it is though, I suspect there's little he can do.

That said, the unwillingness to want to engage with the club riles me. Not sure if that is because historically the club have got so pissed off with them the club refuse to engage or if it's entirely on the trust side. Reform is needed in the trust bit I don't see how that happens. Until then, they're pretty much irrelevant from a fan perspective.

Bollocks, he's had plenty of time to try and make an impact or resign if he's being overruled. He's as complicit as the rest of them.

Didn't the club start up their own supporters forum/club? That Moz was banned from?

Roger Ellis isn't on the SBT board anymore. He resigned following people pointing out a scandal in Rochdale whilst he was in a position of power within the council up there. Surprised he's still on the FSA board.

Yeah, from memory they did (was a forum that included various supporters groups). They used to say they had a representative from here but they didn't. To be honest, it'd be good if they started something like that back up again.

So I wonder if he's resigned for FSA. They cant be aware of his resignation as still say sky blue trust by his name.

How Fletcher can write the crap he does on there astounds me.

He is fundamentally responsible for weaponising the trust against the council - he used a fans group a a shield for his own agenda against the club and its owners
