You might be able to squeeze a small 20k stadium on there but if we want success/ambition for the future then surely we'd need a ricoh size stadium? If the owners were to build a ground we don't want to limit ourselves by building something small with no room to expand?

Pretty much what you’d expect and nothing new. The door is open as long as the complaint is dropped. They want it sorted as it’d be better for everyone. That they did warn them last year that if the legal weren’t dropped there would be no deal.
What did they say when you asked them about the indemnity clause?
Did you point out that the legal action would be the EU against CCC?
Did you also point out the complaint can't be dropped?

I do get the impression it’s so low down on the EUC’s priority list at present that it is the sort of thing they’ll let ride for decades if they can get away with it. If SISU were to ask for it to not be considered it will certainly help the club’s cause.
Edit: To play devil’s advocate with regards with who the complaint is against if it’s not against Wasps (which it isn’t) why would SISU (not CCFC) have any problem in indemnifying Wasps of any legal costs incurred?

Because the club (not sisu) have said numerous times that if the legals go against the council and they have to pay out it will.bankrupt the club (again not sisu) and why should they bail wasps out if they are proven to have done something illegal.
