Yeah you get up to 4 ESC slots for players who wouldn't ordinarily qualify for a work permit. Brau would've taken one of these when he joined in the summer. Isn't the Eredivisie one of the leagues that automatically qualify you for a work permit, along with Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and La Liga?
