Even Frank was allowed to bring in Grimes in Jan but this feels a bit underwhelming for Franks first summer, I thought he would be allowed more and just a couple more could have made a big difference.

Someone's got to sit on the bench unfortunately, if they are great you may end up putting EMC on the bench. Is it ideal having £5 million pound player on the bench, no but we are really light in the wide forward areas.And then you risk bringing in players to sit on the bench.

True but if we knew we weren't getting any one in you'd keep Obikwu wouldn't you? Purely to have a body in the building?Bassette and Obikwu aren't even close to the side. Bassette couldn't even get a spot on the bench in a League Cup game!
