If you can swap him for Hughes with a net spend of a few millions it's a no brainer. Was at fault for two goals at the weekend alone

Ha ha. It's an in-joke in my family. 'definitely considering' which equates to pretty much nothing at all.

So if Thomas goes to a premier league club the fee has to be £15 million plus surely.
Hull have set the precedent with there £20 million valuation for Hughes.

Bit unrealistic based on his ability in my eyes, just cause they have money they ain’t dumb. They will see his true stats, £8m id snap their hands off at.

….. and if we sell Thomas to a Prem club for £15 million what does that do to Hull’s £20 million valuation of Hughes? Asking for our recruitment department.

....... but if they think he's as crap as you do they wouldn't be in for him at all. If they are interested in signing him they must believe he can do a job in the PL, and if that's the case his market value is automatically higher than if the interest is only from the Championship.

Not saying he’s crap. I just don’t think he’s worth anymore than £4-5m so at £8m I’d take the money and run.

Hes got a few mistakes in him and based on players like Hughes and Doyle mentioned wanting £8-10m I feel would be better options if we could get them

They did spend £130mil last season though. Have to balance the books somewhere along the line.

Crazy the fees being quoted for championship defenders this summer. Brentford are in an right mess and for the first time in years look desperate (look at the fee they’ve just paid for the lad from Bournemouth) we should be holding out for north of 10 million. Only worry with Burnley is I assume they have some sort of sell on clause so the fee could be reduced somewhat

I think his threat from set pieces is actually what we would miss most, if he went - not just because of his goal at the weekend - his physical presence occupies at least one defender, which provides more space for others.

Boving? From what we see European youngster start to develop when they are 23/24 look at Viktor, so underrated at that age and it was when he came to us and filled out a bit he started to bloom. The thing is will Norman be the same? We he develop as time goes by and is this Boving any different from our Norman? Please don't say he scores goals because the championship is very different from European leagues, I'm sure if you placed Norman in the Austrian league he would score goals.

If he’s anything like Bassette we should run a mile. Whether ability or personality.

Look at the video. He clearly is naturally 2 footed, with very good technique. Creates, as well as scores.

Play style wise hes very different from what his stats show.

Happy to drop into the pocket and pick out a pass. Very technical player. Would give us a very different option up front and can play anywhere across the forward line
