Bryan Ly from N5 is a serious baller. He has the tekkerz to be understudy for Rudoni

I saw a great goal the other day from a big striker, hitherto unknown, Marvin Sordell

In this league, an MVE clone at LB, a CB with pace, cover at RB and competition at RW are the priorities from my POV.

If someone wants Simms and Asante and pays what we paid, I'd be ok with both leaving and getting one upgrade.

Leaves Wright, EMC, new striker, Bassette, Sakamoto and new RW which should be enough cover and quality.

Assume Bidwell or Dasilva will leave along with one of Latibeaudiere and Binks. Raphael, f*ck knows! Bloke is a rumour.

Edit: if Sheaf goes, I'd love Finn Azaz or I could see the argument for Kyprianou as a more like for like replacement.

I am convinced we only signed Rafa to model the merch - he's pictured in more bits of clothing than he has made appearances for us

Reliably informed that Aasgaard at Luton has an active relegation release clause.

Nope, just that the player is expecting to move

He's got a full international cap now right? He can't really expect to add to that in League 1 so its very believable he has a release clause.

Came through Liverpool’s academy so a good pedigree. Perhaps like with Callum Styles’ release clause though it might be high enough to put a few clubs out of the running.

Bit frustrating that Birmingham will be bidding for everyone half decent though.

Wonder if Lampard would be a draw in this situation mind. Done an amazing job developing Rudoni and in the playoff spots.

Might feel more secure for a young lad than Birmingham where it could go either way.

Hopefully we go in for Adebayo. Matondo and Thomas would be brilliant too.

This seems crazy considering their ascendancy to the Prem just 2 years ago.

Let them tbf. Makes a change from Stoke and we know how it's worked out for them. Let's hope Blues spunk it on a load of overpaid shite too.

I imagine we would be a stronger draw than most for young players looking to improve rapidly. Money always talks though.

My mate put in a good word for Cov anyway

So you are a very specific ITK? Aasgaard only or you taken up full time Luton ITKing?

Aasgaard only. He’s from Liverpool originally and is a friend of a good friend of mine.

Nobody’s ITK status is under threat from me to be clear

If Blues do come calling make sure your mate passes on that all Blues fans are scruffy, deluded, stupid freaks and that Wagner is a smug, egg headed, yank c**t.

Would be looking at the following

LB - Archie Brown
RB - Keigo Tsunemoto
CB - Adrian Leon Barisic
CB - Cameron Burgess
CM - Mamadou Sangare
CM - Adem Zorgane
RW - Kwame Poku

Haven’t come up with a keeper or striker that really tickles my fancy yet.

Somebody is going to get Zorgane surely, he's been posting unreal numbers for a while. Saw this on BlueSky

Top in Europe for passing to final 3rd

Note 4th on the list! Get this lad in and pass our way to glory

If we go up we keep who we want

If we don’t then we need to generate a war chest for Lampard. MVE, Wright, possibly Sheaf and Vik money. £40-50m

Surely thats still a good time to sell him, can retain some value, and also give lampard a good squad to go again next year.

I wouldnt be selling a player that plays 95%+ of minutes a season

Yeah it’s peak sale time for MvE really. But we thought that about Sheaf and then they pulled an option out of nowhere so who knows?

I don't think anyone really wants to sell either but it does feel a bit like MvE in particular is ready for the step up. There will be interest, Keeping him all hinges on him and his agent not kicking up a fuss.

As mentioned I think Wrights agent might be in his ear about a pre WC move.

This Haji going due to the world cup thing I don't get

He stays here he bags another 20 if he stays fit. Goes elsewhere theres no guarantee of that and could put his place in the WC squad at risk

I think he stays

I think we’ll keep Wright another year even if we don’t go up. The only pause I have is if a £20M bid comes in. What would the club think?

He will go if anyone offers above 15. Doubt they will though

Milans asking price is north of 10 million

Rudis is HUGE
