My fear this year is that Lampard will stick rigidly to his 4-3-3 even though as it stands I don't think we've got the right players and squad balance to play it effectively for extended periods.As above, I'm not convinced we should exclusively be playing it in the first place. 100% its about developing him. And if he feels at home for a year and is developing and getting more game time at home then this makes sense.This suggest he’s in Lampards plans and would need convincing.
In any case a 20 year old Belgian international with lots of potential I would not want to sell. A loan only for now.
