Can’t bring myself to buy away shirts. Got my eye on the retro Admiral kit. Had one last year at XL, had to take it back it absolutely swamped me. Then they’d run out of Large.

Dunno why everyone's saying the hourglass kit, no chance of that, we had it 2 seasons ago

That's one of my least favourite shirts we've worn.

I hated that Mickey Quinn kit in the home colours (I think it was the matching shorts), and we're just not a red team.

It's like one of those kids water colour sets when you add too much water.

They had to close one weekend because I brought all 4 items sold there, so they had to shut down and restock

obviously AI generated which does weird things with text and logos. Saw it earlier, like the idea of raglan sleeves though so thought I'd post it. Also this one, don't mind a traditional collar:

i really liked the black/gold this year, the 4th one was pointless, did we wear it once?

hummel have made some brilliant goalkeeper tops in recent years (bristols nod to the 90's was brilliant) id love to see some old school oggy kits redesigned, and if he wants to model them too id love that!

By the 4th one I assume you mean the navy one we wore v Ipswich? When they wore pink? The kits contrasted beautifully on the day tbf. But yes, we only wore that kit once, but it was a charity shirt so only designed to be worn once and proceeds went to Zoes Place. Let me see if I can find the article....

Fifty years on from the 1975 kits is the perfect excuse for the hourglass design to make a comeback. I would like to see the home kit as close as possible to the original, and then the brown used as the third kit, with the same design in Purple/Yellow for the away kit.

The Birth of the Hourglass: A Dive into Coventry City's Iconic Admiral Kit

Within the rich history of football, certain shirts stand out for their design. In 1975 one of these icons of the game was born with the release of the Admiral Coventry City kit, marking the inception of what would later be known as the hourglass collection. The Admiral Coventry City kit of...

The GK kit is also a corker, you don’t get many collars on them these days. MAKE IT HAPPEN DOUG.

Apparently Ian Christie and Jim Wilson
Here’s details of Christie

Ian Christie - Margate FC Players History

5 10 tall, versatile left-sided player born in Aylesham who began his career as a winger in Canterburys youth team during the 1973/74 season but didnt play for the senior side at that time.
