Sounds like the timing would be ideal with people off on holidays then.

SpudBros: Preston announce partnership with viral jacket potato sellers

Preston announce sponsorship deal with viral jacket potato sellers SpudBros.
www.bbc.co.uk

Just seen this, Prestons new kit sponsor. Great to see a local company started by a couple of young men, get to sponsor the club.

Shocking shirt though!

I remember when we tried to make a virtue of local company made good, nothing to do with a lack of pulling power thing - Cassidy construction.

Is it? Or is it properly tinpot? For how little money it must’ve generated having a jacket potato van logo on the shirt they should have just done a sponsorless one and let their fans not look like cheap knobs for a season.

It's better than some shady foreign betting company or crypto company. Does seem a bit of a weird one though, I know they have a social media profile but nothing in the accounts suggests they're a big company yet (albeit looks like they are wanting to expand aggressively). It's done the job though. People are talking about it.

Watch Man City play Juventus last night, I must say Man City's new shirts for the season looks really smart.

If only we could have something like that for the new season.

Less than half of prem teams have released kits and only about a third of championship teams.

14 Prem Teams, 9 championship teams i think mate

Point is, most teams reveal then release the next day, We reveal it halfway through July, then release it at the end

3rd Season now Doug seemingly hasnt got a handle on it, strange

But also I am sure that for a 3rd season we will announce breaking more kit sale records etc and it'll be another huge success commercially for the club.

Sorry you are correct 14 prem teams.

And 9 champ teams so not half. We really aren't that far behind considering about 3 of the prem teams have announced this week. If it's announced next week we can't really claim it's delayed. If it's delayed beyond that people may have a point

In my opinion all the so called 'big' manufacturers are shite when it comes to football shirts. Macron, Hummel, Castore and Mizuno produce far better looking shirts.
