so far my team would be
RCC
Dion Willis Harries Stokes
Vincelot Rose
Jones Gadshev Ruben
Thomas

other contracted players
Burge (GK)
Stevenson (Midfield)
Maycock (midfield)
Leahy (defender)
Shipley (midfield)
Addai (GK)
Haynes (defender)
Finch (midfield)
Sayoud (midfield)
Devon KE (midfield)
Spence (midfield)
Lawton (midfield)

what we need
1 RB
2 CB
2 wingers
2-3 Strikers
think central midfield looking strong and left back position is OK with stokes and Haynes. Definitely need centre back to partner Willis who should be playing centre back rather than right back. Could do with a couple of wingers as competition for Jodi and Ruben as not sure Sayoud, Devon and Spence are ready yet. Think George Thomas should be good competition for other strikers and we should look to get him in regularly during the season.

Wow a football thread!! Shouldn't you be slagging someone off and berating our ground situation????

Way to derail a football thread.
The irony is incredible.

If, and its a big if, Fleck re-signs do we go again with Fleck VIncelot? Personally Id like to see Fleck + new signing as I think that central pairing became quite stale as the season wore on.

We have bigger issues right now, we wont have a club 2017-18 if shit does not get sorted out, it would be nice to focus on trivial things but the club comes first.

We need one quality RB, 2 CB's, one ball playing and one mountain. Ricketts and Tudgay to resign. Along with 2 more wingers, and 2 more strikers, then a number of loans to fill out. Would like a number 10 and if Fleck doesn't resign, another CM. A lot of work to be done.

I think we need 8 new players minimum to be competing in the top 6, but I realise this is optimistic. This is also working on the assumption that Ricketts, Tudgay and Fleck re-sign. Personally, would be happy if Tudgay and Ricketts didn't re-sign as I think we can do better.

By my reckoning we need:
1 x 1st choice right back
2 x 1st choice centre backs
2 x 1st choice attacking midfielders
1 x backup attacking midfielder
1 x 1st choice centre forward
1 x backup centre forward

GK: Charles-Cook, Burge

RB: 1st choice signing, Willis, Kelly-Evans
LB: Stokes, Haynes
CB: 1st choice signing, 1st choice signing, Willis, Harries, Ricketts

CM: Vincelot, Fleck, Rose, Gadzhev
AM: Jones, 1st choice signing, 1st choice signing, Lameiras, Backup signing

CF: 1st choice signing, Backup signing, Tudgay, Thomas

When it a World Cup or Euro's are we usually back and playing friendlies while the tournament is on? Know they always start training at around the same time but the games seem earlier.

There are a few politicians floating around looking for new contracts.
