Don't know, he played 20 minutes early in the season then disappeared, was wondering what happened to him as I'd guess he would be on a big wage?

All these players being out of contract is a good thing, I reckon. We need to get rid of the dross, and looking at Dave's list there are plenty of them. Regardless of whether they came up through the Academy or not, if they are not good enough, then they should go.

Same with backroom staff. A whole clean sweep. New season. New team. New start.

If their out of contract let them go, they have done nothing for the club but contribute to what has been the worst season in living memory for most supporters. The squad needs an injection of width and pace with a strong defensive midfielder. We need players that want the shirt and history associated with this big club, not the shrinking violets that have worn it this season.
