What the club have to work out is what it will cost to be relegated compared to the cost of paying him off , ultimately though i think he is here to stay wether we stay up or notUltimately SISU employed him so you have to question that. I would definitely sack him as they should take the responsibility for employing a poor manager for a club this size. Too inexperienced and the record speaks for itself - current trajectory is League 2 . The term 'you get what you pay for' would definitely apply!

True but all of those were blessed with owners that believed and understood that success on the pitch needed investment in players, facilities and the fans. Without that belief and support no manager stands a cat in hell's chance of achieving success.
