This season is the biggest opportunity to get back to the Premiership without going through play-off heart break in decades.
None of us expected the fast start we had to this season which has put us at the top of the table. The team with a smaller squad compared to our rivals have done a magnificent job.
Yes, results wise we’ve been hit and miss over this winter period but we’re still top of the table! Squad size impacted by injuries, illness and fatigue.
We’ve got some new recruits in who add quality to our attack and the players have had time now to recover from the Xmas period. Some key players also returning from injury. Maybe some more squad additions by end of Jan.
We are now into the business part of the season which will make or break our auto ambitions.
20 cup finals where we need the players to give their all and be confident they’re the best team in this league.
As fans now we back every player who wears the shirt and I know we have our opinions on individuals, but we need to be at one - the fans and the team to get the job done!
Bring the noise, passion and fight to each and every cup final!
