Just popped up on my YouTube recommended page. Year before I was born. Nice little watch. Bit of crowd trouble too.

Yeah great day... had my bleached jeans and tacchini jumper on...thought I was the bollox. Got attacked by Bell Green lads by the cathedral who then realised I was Cov. Then turned into one of the dickheads who got on the pitch. 16 year old Covkid68 thought he was prime Legion.... got arrested and grounded for several weeks by my Mum.....

Kevin McDonald’s tackle on Dave Bennett (03:30) should have been a straight red! Didn’t even get booked.

Was there, aged 12 in the West End...too young to get involved in any shenanigans with anything off the pitch!
Few old memories there, Martin Jol, Stuart Pearce, Nickly Platnauer and Kirk Stephens in addition to some of the longer serving players of our club, like Benno, Oggy, Gynn and Peake

I was a 12 year old myself in the West End that day. Could hear it kicking off upstairs but not see anything. I remember Bobby Gould getting on the pitch trying to calm the crowd down on a microphone but it was faulty and ended up talking like stand up comedian Norman Collier for those old enough to remember
