No one's going to have any initial reaction to the story other than disgust. If you dump a story in a thread without any of your own thoughts on it, you're leaving people to fill in the gaps re: why you've posted it. People asking questions shows they're interested in your POV and interested in talking about it.
if folks want to have a debate about how the situation with migrants and asylum should be dealt with - which makes sense as it's a total sh*tshow atm - it's not a wild take to ask why it needs to happen in a thread about a kid's life being ruined, or to ask what point a particular story makes as part of that debate.

I wanted to get my head around why you posted it and why you posted it where you did. If I'm following, it's because the f*ck head that did it is from a particular country. Still think the chat would be a lot easier if you just said what you thought from the outset.
