On a serious note, I think that the 10 point deduction was imposed as a result of the non-signing of the CVA. We have not left Admin so far as I am aware but the transfer embargo has been lifted.

The embargo has not been lifted
The FL have allowed a one out one in process.
As long as the one in is paid less than the one out.
Even if that is quid.
Effectively if you promise to play your next match you can pretty much do anything.
Play 35 miles away even though you don't have to
Sign players whilst in embargo etc etc

its just the 10 points that baffled me, if we still have to leave administration theres -10 points and then going into liquidation theres another -15

If sisu don't liquidate Ltd. but just leave them in admin, does that mean another points deduction next season for starting 2 seasons in admin?

It has been started by the fl that for the purposes of football we are out of administration.
In reality we aren't out of administration. I wonder if according to the fl view of the world we are playing in Coventry for the purposes of football.
Evidently reality and the fl are yet to meet

nope, Ltd is no more in the eyes of the FL. They see CCFC as Otium now, only messing with Otium will cause futher points deductions, so we are safe until they liquidate Otium in 4 years when they dont come back to Cov and start a new company

Who have they given the share to? they should give it to holdings shouldn't they as they claim to own the player contracts. Using the logic SISU applied to Ltd if they've given the share to Otium they can't field a team as they don't have any players.

That's actually a bloody good point.

They have given it to Otium as Otium own CCFC Ltd. But CCFC Ltd is no more, so do Otium have a share and nothing else? Will we have to move the players into Otium?

Perhaps Holdings have sold the player's registrations to Otium for £60m?

They transferred both Holdings & Ltd to Otium ages ago - was I the only one to see this?

I think you are partly correct there, they transferred staff from holdings to Otium, not sure about anything else. They couldn't transfer any thing from Ltd as that's under he control of Mr Appleton.
