Just seen it's back in the app so if anybody is buying shirts or tickets and uses Monzo, make sure you enable the offer!

if anyone buys food and drink be warned that sometimes it doesn't automatically apply for kiosk purchases but if this happens then just click on the transaction and you can ask to apply it there

I think it depends what it shows up as for the transaction.

Anyone else had trouble with cashback recently? None's gone through automatically since we got the ground, having to report every transaction. I reported some missing yesterday and just got a message saying it's counted as a third party vendor so doesn't count, even though it was at the Camden bar which I've had cashback from before.

It was before the ground was purchased. The issue is, the cashback is automated based on the name of the business and the CBS concessions all have different names.

If you keep pushing, they pay it.

Now it's decided one of the transactions is for a third party vendor it won't let me report it again, just comes up with the "Third party vendors aren't included" message when I try

I've kicked up a fuss about Saturday. Just waiting to see what they say.

Monzo are usually excellent with this kind of thing.

Got the card for this offer and didn't know you had to activate it! I've done it when I bought the new shirt on Friday but missed out when I bought Leicester and Wednesday tickets. Ah well.

Mine keeps saying 3rd party vendors aren't included, yet they paid out a few weeks ago when I paid at the same till.

I see it's run out now, but reading on here ref tickets, I didn't know it counted. Obviously have ST, but assume it counts on away tickets too?

Yep, any purchase that directly falls under "CCFC" so home/away/hospitality tickets all count
