With CCFC's fixture being moved to the Monday, I think it is a good opportunity to sell out the Butts for Cov's fixture with Blaydon. For me I will never enter the Ricoh Arena for a Wasps' fixture and urge all Coventry residents to do so too.

Even though I rarely follow the rugby, I will back them over the franchise.

Just so I'm clear, will there be name calling i.e 'scab' if any coventrian enters the Ricoh to watch Wasps?*

*literally out of curiosity (half in jest). I am on the fence at present

We we would be there anyway as always try and follow Cov Rugby when City have no game.
However, I would also go to a Wasps game if no City game or no Cov Rugby.

i think you will find that none of them will ever clash.

Got to say, Steve, I'm shocked by your post. Wasps are the worst kind of example of turning sport into financial franchises with transient customers not clubs rooted in their communities with a loyal fanbase. They are harming CCFC and they are harming Cov RFC - but you will go and watch them?????

What a hilarious thread. I won't go purely because rugby is a shit game.
