OK. It's Christmas time lads. Time for some peace and respite. Its been an up and down year. On the pitch its been bloody horrid. Off it, its been both amazing and awful. We came home, then we lost our home. And im sure we all have hopes and aspirations for the new year so for this week's Christmas Special Cooks Question, i want to know "If you had 1 xmas wish to use for the benefit of CCFC, how would you use it?". Would give us money for new players? Buy the Ricoh, kick SISU to the curb or magic up a new ground (Fish Face is hoping for that one). Every opinion counts so let us know. The Xmas Special will be a pre-recorded show so we wont be able to take calls in the studio. Please get your opinions in by Tuesday so we can put them on the show, cus the show will be recorded on Tuesday afternoon. Thanks for your amazing support and have a brilliant Christmas from myself and everyone at Sports Lounge. PUSB!

New owners. Don't even care if they have no money, so long as they have a measure of integrity.

That counts out SISU and Wasps then.

Wasps have a change of heart and buy us.
SISU accept they are not up to the job and just want out ASAP without losing more money.
Wasps treat us in the same manner they have been showing since they have been here. However they don't threat us in the same manner they showed to their Wycombe fans.

Shared physios, sponsorship, marketing, shop, training facilities. Revenues, advertising, community products, ticket offices.

Did the rest of my response not fit in with your dig so you just edited it?

The gushing "Golly gosh, aren't those Wasps owners just adorable" attitude makes the dig easy. Particularly when you actually say you want them to treat us in the same manner. They will move as and when they want to. So for me, I wouldn't want owners like that.

The winning UK millionaire ticket on the Euro millions on Friday was BGM814770,.................. I had BGM814974....................Not sure how it works but if the daft old gal in the shop had keyed in my ticket quicker ???

Failing a big win for myself, I'd wish for a huge backer for CCFC to materialise and for CRFC to win the league in 2015 !

The dig may have been easy to type but completely irrelevant if you reply to my full post and not edited it out.

Sorry Torch we can all wish people said different things sometimes but just editing my post and ignoring the bit where I say 'and don't treat us like they way they treated their 'Wycombe fans' doesn't make it true.

Why on earth would you want owners who have just been shown to have no issue with moving a club nearly a hundred miles away from it's home?

The same manner they have been showing since they have been here? So you want them to treat Wasps as a priority over CCFC at every turn. Wouldn't that be great, we could sell any decent players to fund their team.

Ah, the old hoping that a leopard can change its spots approach? What is interesting that most seem to want a new stadium but you want Wasps as owners. Owners who have proved they will move their team 85 miles away on a whim.

Remember this is the poster who once famously wanted Haskell to buy Nuneaton and move them to the Ricoh.

He is up there with CJ in the nut job stakes.

I was asked for my perfect scenario.
For me that would be the club financially secure. With new Owners at the Ricoh. The only way that could happen would be for Wasps to buy us or us to buy Wasps.
We need new owners so I wish it was wasps buying us. I added that I hope they treat us in the manner they have behaved since they arrived here. NOT in the manner they treated their Wycombe fans.

Yet this gets holes picked in it. I did not know it was an Xmas wish that comes with caveats. Otherwise surely I would be saying to someone else there is no room for 25k stadium in the city centre centre etc

New owners who actually care about the club and community rather than owners whose sole aim is to try and make a few quid before sailing off in to the sunset regardless of what mess they leave behind
